Who we are
The Canada Water Masterplan is being led by British Land in joint venture with AustralianSuper, and in partnership with Southwark Council and the local community. Our project team includes a wide range of experts in multiple disciplines, bringing together the skills necessary to deliver a new town centre.

We have been involved in the Canada Water and Rotherhithe area for many years and support a number of local organisations, and are committed to working closely with Southwark Council, local residents and other key stakeholders to deliver a new town centre for Canada Water.

Southwark Council
Southwark Council has a dual function as planning authority and freeholder of the majority of Surrey Quays Shopping Centre and Printworks sites. They are closely involved in the development of the masterplan.
