London’s first new high street for 100 years will be a celebration of independent makers, old favourites and local entrepreneurs eager for space to grow alongside inventive restaurants and world-class culture. Homegrown businesses with big ideas can find a foothold, through 54,000 sq ft of shopping space available at discounted rent levels for 10 years.
We’re building on the momentum of Canada Water today. The shops and cinema already draw people from miles around, prompting 7 million visits a year. Tomorrow’s centre will be three times the size by 2032. That’s 1 million sq ft full of places to browse, relax and catch a film, as well as space for the local community.
