The plans are still developing and being reviewed, therefore the first in this series of topic discussions will help to simply set-out some of the complex processes that are part of developing a masterplan. Initially focusing on transport assessment and the design and planning process – these are process-focused sessions to help raise awareness of how decisions on key topics are made.
