Bringing residents and businesses together through local events and projects is core to any successful and thriving community. The annual Rotherhithe Festival is a perfect example of this and has been organised by local volunteers for over 10 years. The event is taking place again this year on Saturday 13thJuly, 11.30am – 8pm, at King George’s Field. British Land is proud to sponsor the free children’s rides for the event again this year.
The Rotherhithe festival is free to attend and anyone is welcome, with attractions including free entertainment, free children’s rides, music, food, local information stalls and much more. Come down and enjoy musical performances from artists including Bill N Rickey, Mojo Preachers, Chris Corcoran Trio, The Blues Puppies, Robin BiBi and Catfish!
