Following the February 2016 Draft Masterplan Consultation, discussions with key statutory stakeholders and potential occupiers, the project team have been busy in the background and are working on a revised masterplan. The masterplan review is taking a fresh look at the plans to ensure the most is made of the opportunities that the combined site now provide; challenging earlier design assumptions, looking at ways to respond further to consultation and researching new innovative approaches.

In this time the team has also been speaking to potential occupiers, have purchased the historic dock offices and have been working on some exciting projects locally.
