We would like to invite you to a virtual exhibition displaying plans for Zone L of the Canada Water Masterplan (located off Quebec Way at the rear of the Printworks site).

Zone L will be a development of around 237 new homes – circa 75% of which will be affordable housing. There will also be a significant amount of public open space included to create a green and open new development. These proposals are in accordance with the parameters set out in the outline planning consent.

Last year, Southwark Council gave their unanimous approval for the Canada Water Masterplan. We received outline planning permission and have now drawn up detailed designs for Zone L, which we are sharing publicly between 16 July – 1 August ahead of submitting a Reserved Matters Application to Southwark Council for approval. You can read more about this by visiting: www.canadawatermasterplan.com

If you are interested in learning more about the next phases for the Canada Water Masterplan and the RMA process, you may be interested in viewing the webinar we hosted recently. You can view this by visiting: www.canadawatermasterplan.com/event/rma-webinar

Find out more and get in touch with the team

Detailed information boards, images, diagrams and a comprehensive Frequently Asked Questions booklet for the Zone L proposals can be viewed online between 16th July – 1st August at our virtual exhibition, by visiting https://cwm.exhibition.app

You’ll also be able to send any comments or questions to the team directly from the exhibition.

Although we are unfortunately unable to hold in-person drop-in exhibitions at this time, we remain committed to sharing detailed plans with you and ensuring that the wider project team are available to answer any questions you may have before a planning application is submitted.

As well as visiting our virtual exhibition you can also request printed copies of the materials, or if you would like to arrange a personal briefing or ask questions on the proposals directly to the project team. Please get in touch either by phone on 0800 470 4593 or by email: team@canadawatermasterplan.com
