Ground investigation works on the Printworks site are due to begin during the week commencing 25th November 2019. These works are associated with the Canada Water Masterplan.

Works and duration

Soil Consultants, on behalf of British Land, will be using two cable percussion drills to dig boreholes on the site to test the ground conditions and take soil samples for testing. We anticipate this work will take three weeks to complete.

The image below shows the area where investigation work will take place. Quebec Way will not be impacted by these works and will remain open to pedestrian and vehicle traffic throughout the works.

Working hours

Working hours will be Monday – Friday between 8am and 6pm only. There will be no work taking place at weekends. As far as possible, noisier work will not take place at the start of the day.
