Today, we (British Land) announced our Half Year 2017/18 Results. We’ve been developing the more detailed aspects of the masterplan as well as looking at its long term economic and social legacy.

As referenced in the results, we’re now working on designs for Phase 1 of the masterplan which will create 1.8 million sq ft of mixed-use space as well as approximately 650 homes with a substantial affordable element.

The masterplan work is in progress and in early 2018 we’ll be back to share the masterplan ahead of the planning application in Spring 2018. We’re also be holding topic sessions in November and December, full details here.
