Apply now for two vacancies for Southwark residents to work on the Canada Water Masterplan – some experienced required

We are delighted to announce there are two available roles for Southwark residents to join the team at Sale Service and Maintenance Ltd who are supporting the delivery of the Canada Water Masterplan. The role will comprise working on the refurbishment of the former Dock Offices as a subcontractor for Mace Interiors. These works will preserve the former Dock Offices as an important Grade II listed heritage asset whilst also providing a new ‘Project Hub’ for the Canada Water Masterplan.

You must be a Southwark resident to apply for both positions and applicants must have a Blue CSCS card.

Ductworker:

  • The role will require installing ductwork and ventilation and applicants must hold an NVQ Level 2 in ventilation.

Plumber:

  • Applicants must hold an NVQ Level 2 in plumbing.
