Invitation to view the plans for Zone F
1 Minute Read
Illustrative view of Plots F1 and F2 from Printworks Place, a new public space that is proposed on Surrey Quays Road between Zones H (Printworks) and F.
Virtual exhibition: 18 October to 1 November 2021 – https://cwm.exhibition.app
Pop-up events: 23 and 28 October, Surrey Quays Shopping Centre
We would like to invite you to visit a virtual public exhibition or an in-person pop-up event for information on the plans for Zone F of the Canada Water Masterplan.
Zone F is located across a portion of the Surrey Quays Leisure Park and part of the car park of the former Printworks and is part of the Canada Water Masterplan. Community consultation on the Masterplan that took place between 2014 and 2018 directly informed the outline plans, that were granted planning permission in 2020.
We are now sharing the detailed designs for Zone F. They conform with the outline planning permission and would provide around 400 new homes and 38,000sqm of new workspace and shops. There will also be new public areas, roof terraces and pedestrian routes created as part of these plans. We are sharing them ahead of submitting a Reserved Matters Planning Application to Southwark Council for approval.
You can view the proposals in two ways:
