Canada Water Project Coordinator
British Land is currently recruiting for a PA to provide day-to-day secretarial and administrative support to four of the Canada Water development team, including the Director of Development and three Project Directors. The role also covers a diverse range of project based work, providing coordination and support across all aspects of the development project.
The role requires a self-sufficient, reliable and flexible candidate who is able to work under pressure and is well organized and an excellent communicator. The salary is competitive.

10,000 Black Interns
The 10,000 Black Interns scheme aims to help transform the horizons and prospects of young Black people in the UK by offering paid work experience across a wide range of industries, as well as world-class training and development.
British Land is taking part, and there are two internship positions available at the company as part of the scheme. There are also internship opportunities with many other companies in many different sectors, from accountancy and banking to marketing, education and technology.
The scheme is open to candidates who are Black African, Black Caribbean and/or Black British that are:
• Studying at/or recently graduated from (2018 onwards) a UK university at undergraduate or post graduate level
• Aged 18 and over who have completed their A-levels and who are on a gap year with the intention of undertaking higher education.

British Land Commercial Property Graduate Scheme
British Land is also looking for Graduates for its Commercial Property Graduate Scheme. The placement is 2 years and is for university graduates who are looking to pursue a career in property. Successful candidates would play a key role in the business, gaining experience across a number of areas including asset management, property finance analysis and property management, as well as receiving support through an in-house training programme.
Applicants need to have completed or about to complete a Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) accredited degree. They need to be self-motivated, collaborative and have strong numeracy skills. Salary: Competitive.
