Following British Land’s purchase of the Surrey Quays Leisure Park site in early March, the Canada Water Masteplan design team are carrying out a review of the masterplan to make sure the approach across the three sites is fully coordinated.

This has meant a slight delay in the project, whilst the masterplan is being reviewed. Therefore the proposed consultation programme, and subsequent planning application submission date will be adjusted to allow sufficient time to speak with local people about these changes and the emerging masterplan.
