We are pleased to announce that we have now completed the purchase of the former Rotherhithe Police Station from the Metropolitan Police. The completion of the sale means that the former police station, located on Lower Road, will now be integrated into the Canada Water Masterplan area. The proposed new link to Lower Road will be strengthened and fully incorporated into the Masterplan, improving connectivity across the site.

The site will fall under the remit of the management team based in the shopping centre.
