We have submitted a planning application for the change of use of the recently acquired former Police Station to business use. This will allow the active use of the building until it is redeveloped as part of the wider Canada Water Masterplan. This follows British Land’s purchase of the site in March 2018.

The completion of the sale means that the former police station, located on Lower Road, will now be integrated into the Canada Water Masterplan area. The proposed new link to Lower Road will be strengthened and fully incorporated into the Masterplan, improving connectivity across the site.
